* Before Service Begins: We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel your service before it begins, Free of charge. A full refund will be given to the customers if they cancel 30 days before the departure date. 50% refund will be given to the customers if they cancel 15 days before the departure date. After this period, customers have no right of refund.
* After Service Begins: Cancellations after the service begins do not apply anymore.
